Mark Zuckerberg’s New Year’s Resolution Will Surprise You: Hey folks! We have just entered into a new year. It’s already 2018. So, have you set any personal goals for 2018? Everyone set their personal goals at the start of each year. You will feel good to know that Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg also does the same thing every year since 2009.
Mark Zuckerberg always takes up personal goals like developing an artificial intelligence for home, learning Mandarin. In 2018, the challenge that Mark Zuckerberg set is the little bit different. His new year resolution is to fix Facebook problems.
Mark Zuckerberg in one of his post said: “the world feels anxious and divided, and Facebook has a lot of work to do — whether it’s protecting our community from abuse and hate, defending against interference by nation states, or making sure that time spent on Facebook is time well spent.”
So, Mark Zuckerberg’s personal challenge this year is to fix problems on Facebook. In simple words, Mark Zuckerberg’s 2018 resolution is to fix Facebook’s most challenging problems like ending the abuse of its platforms, whether it’s election interference efforts, fake news or any other nefarious practices.
Whatever might be the fact, the previous year was very complicated for Facebook with respect to abuse, hatred, and interference from government. According to Facebook, almost 10 million Americans have viewed the Russian ads to manipulate the elections.
It looks like Mark Zuckerberg had set a good resolution in which he will fix his social media platform. So, what’s your opinion on this? Discuss with us in the comments.
